Life’s journey often provides us with many opportunities that help us both grow and succeed. However, there are often bumps in those roads that can mentally hinder our progress. Some of these bumps can severely damage an individual in many ways beyond physical aspects. It is during these moments when one may benefit from seeking aid, and with that being said, I believe that finding the right therapist to help guide and provide support during these times is crucial.

My approach to therapy is integrative and involves using a combination of techniques from expressive arts therapy, psychodynamic theory, somatic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), transpersonal and attachment based practices in order to provide an experience that is unique to you.  My practice welcomes people of all ages, genders, and sexual orientations.
